COMMENTS
This shearling is in the top 1% for Terminal Index, Maternal Index, Eye muscle
area, Lean weight and top 2% for Muscle Depth EBV. His sire, Essie Classic, was
top UK Stock Sire for Terminal Index for Performance Recorded rams in March
2021 and has consistently left great lambs in the flock for 3 years. Since he was
weaned, this shearling has been reared entirely on grass and outwintered in the
north of Scotland. Essie flock is Scrapie Monitored and the shearlings have been
tested clear of CLA for more than 15 years.
